... that the refrigerator light goes out when the door is closed.

Inside my refrigerator, using Macro mode, Timer, Flash.

I wanted to give it a severe red cast to make it look like old-fashioned safe-lights/emergency lights, but I couldn't get the color right in time.

-Cropped/rotated
-Cloned/burned some glare on the bulb
-RGB Curve for contrast
-RGB Curve (to darken)
-Resize for DPC
-USM at 16%/64 dia/TH=0
-USM at 88%/0.8 dia/TH=5
-SaveAs JPEG at 9/10 quality setting

I did use a flash, but disguised the fact with Curves and a little cloning. I used the timer, and remained outside while the shot was taken.
