I just found this on your website and in a huge "fill the screen" size, it is simply more amazing than here. Just wonderful. I wasn't a member when this challenge was going on, but I'd have said 10 without a doubt. The light and shadow is just killer. Such a simple subject, yet the texture and movement is outstanding@!

I loved the bales of hay and the old buckboard on your website as well. You're one talented gal!!!

I went down there last month to get photos, and it snowed! With gloomy windy weather, we came home. You got the perfect low-sun shot! Congratulations!

Definitely a shot your Dad would have been proud of - and in my view is one position too low.

Granted, you can't go wrong with this kind of scene, but you've observed & composed it well. The lighting here is key - without the sensation being added later in PP. Lovely.

Makes me think of White Sands, NM where I used to live. Wonderfully captured light and shadow, and love the nice, rich warm tones, but the very indistinct, hazy background of the mountains detracts somewhat from the overall feel for me.

nice light/dark, good flow. just the background, well cropping would be nice, as the background isn't in focus anyway.

I love the foreground, but I would have cropped out the mountains in the background. They're too distracting.

Very nice shadows off the dunes. I could have done with less of the back ground but that is just me. Good Shot

nice image ... in my humble opinion, it would have benefitted from slightly darker shadows and tighter cropping on top

So incredibly beautiful. You were at the dunes at exactly the right moment to catch them at their most beautiful. Elegant. And the light truly is the subject of the photograph. Well done. A 10 from me.

Perhaps the strongest of the landscape shots. Feels like you could have gotten more out of it in terms of sharpness and color balance; it feels too cyan for what it is. But a beautifully-seen shot.
