Just wanted to say that I concur with the other commenters - the clarity brings this little guy right out of the screen. Good work.

Fantastic shot. You placed high, but I think you should have placed even higher than 10th. The clarity (in motion?) here is extraordinary.

This is so sharp and clear that it looks like it's jumping out of the screen at me!

Very nice. Great, simple background. The lighting is just a bit harsh - with some areas blown. But overall a pretty capture. BOL

Wow, what a great pose! Love the darkness in the eyes... they really carry this shot.

Crisp and clear. Great comp. A little halo round beak is distracting but this is a great subject.

Although slightly washed I love this shot because of the posture of the bird.

awesome! tack sharp with obvious shallow DOF .. shot to perfection! only thing I could wish for would be more light in the eyes.

Great angles. There area between the eyes seems overexposed to me.

Out of all the Falcon shots in this challenge IMO this one is by far the best. There is absolutly no feeling in those eyes. Well exposed, excellent DOP\selective focus, loads of detail, contrasts perfectly against the background and fills the whole frame. Great job, deserves to score high.

Great close up and wonderful detail. I think what seems weirdest for me though is the way his eyes seem almost to be missing in their blackness. A catchlight would help this image very much indeed. 7

Great detail in the feathers, lovely focus, but not the nicest pose I've seen for a falcon. Great picture though.

Hard lighting works well here, and brings out the feathered detail on head.. I like the way you used shallow dof concentrated on the head and wing.

Great shot. Very sharp and well composed. I'm seeing a little bit of noise on the top green part. Otherwise, excellent. 6 Good luck!

Very nice. I like the contrast of the background. It makes him "come at you" that way. Very clear focus. Nice lighting. This could be a winner!!! I vote 10!
