Critique Club:

Hi Arnit. Wow amazing I get to critique my favourite pic of the whole challenge. But to tell you the truth there is nothing I can really critique on. For me this was the winner of the challenge without a doubt. It is a perfect image, a masterpiece!

The idea alone is amazing. I would really like to know how you come up with such amazing ideas all the time!

Technically this image has been created by a professional. The lighting is very good, the layout fantastic and the post processing was fine tuned right down to the last detail.

I mentioned this before and I have to emphasize my comments again: This photo was highly underrated and scored far too low. In my opinion this is the blue ribbon photo of the challenge, not mine.

I take my hat off to you Arnit.

This was my favourite shot for the challenge and I am surprised it only came in at 15th, I was so sure it would be in the first three!

I've visited this photo a few times and I still am not clear on the message. Maybe I am not christian enough (I'm guessing that would help because of the cross)? The three photos collectively confuse me.

Images are nice and sharp.

There are those amazing eyes again...
This is the first image in this challenge that seems to tell a story, and it is very emotive.
I like the selective use of color...
The cross is a nice touch as well. (are you of Christian faith?)
This gets a 10 from me... I think you will place well this week.
The only improvement I can think of would be to clone out the stray hair on the right side of her forehead in the center image. Not a big deal, though.
Nicely done, great work.

This is my only 10 in this challenge, it is amazing. The clarity and detail is perfect and your creativeness is excellent, well done Arnit.

Don't quite understand it, must be Existentialism :) It's dark and gloomy; i like it. I like how you used that cross and the very blurred image to capture the 'demise'. Don't you know blurred images get creamed at dpc? :) Haunting portrait in the middle. Love how everything is black and white except for those blue, blue eyes. These people seem very icelandic to me. Are you who i think you are? 9 Journey
Upped to a 10 - love the artisticity of this image.

I recognize you now (but cannot put a name). Very strong work. I like this. I guess I would have prefer the expression of the man a litle mor 'neutral' on that one, more lilke the woman. But very nice work and perfect realisation. 9

IMO this is not one of your best photos, but the idea is great and makes it up for it. hope you too stay together for a long time, you make great subjects.

Arnit, your portraits are always fascinating - never "just pictures" they always make me think. This collection is very slightly disturbing, and makes me want to know more of the thought process behind it.

A very interesting title. Captures the attention. Not sure exactly what it means, but I kinda get it I think.

Arni, you never cease to amaze me... I think this is probably one of the emotionally strongest works in this challenge... "Pax Vobiscum" :) = 10 - setzler
