Soccer pics are fun, so many awkward moments to capture. This is a good one, lots of stuff happening here.

8 - Great action shot. Criticism; different angle, showing the ball more, not sure. Maybe 'full length', not sure, more/different perspective, could make this a better shot, in my opinion.

This photo would have been great if taken from the other side of the field. Wish the vertical guy would have been a little higher in the frame. Also the guy in the background is a little bit destracting. This is just good enough to be on the sport pages.

a 10. I love the colors and the blurred background the "still" motion the look of pain? on the guys face as he's hitting the ball with his head.

Nice shot, Heading my way? Nice comp, color and lighting. I dont like soccer (football) want to say something bad about the photo as a result and cannot. Damn. -8-

love the colors, but have a tough time believing this is the best shot you had from the match. the composition is off--the action is taking me out of the frame. it also appears that the focus is sharper on the guy who is horizontal. but, all the same, you met the challenge, and i'm sure this will score very well.

This is perhaps the most perfect photo for this challenge. Fast shutter to freeze the players but slow enough to get some blur on the ball. Nice brilliant colors. I'm a little torn on the composition. Part of me wants the lens pulled back so it's not so tightly framed but the other part really enjoys the tightness because it allows you to see more of the facial expression. Overall extremely well done. I'm anxiously waiting to see which ribbon this takes.
