| Looking over images taken with the same lense and cam across this...voted high in the challenge, liked the image. There is a lot of depth with real nice flow in this image. The subtle variations in color are very nicely portrayed. Very nice image! |

Yes, it makes perfect sense. That's the dynamic of the composition. Rule of thirds it ain't :-) Be a good one for Setzler's "breaking the rules" class, actually. |

| Interesting shot. I think the lighting is a little harsh, causing you to lose some detail (especially given the mushroom's naturally light color). You've got good DOF and I like the composition (& border). |

| A really well taken photo of a really unattractive subject! I'm not trying to offend you, by the way. I think your photo is well-done. Nicely exposed. It's just not really a terribly enticing mushroom ;-) |
