Something like this would work quite well for Shallow DOF. I like how clear the white dots are on the butterfly's body and wings. The "hint" of branches and leaves gives the whole thing structure. It's lovely.

I like teh fact that you are not all focused in on the subject with unreal sharpness... there is an ethereal feel, a fairy-like quality that comes through on this shot.

I have noticed that in many shots you noticeably move your focus and composition off center to include or exclude compositional items. You do this despite the fact that you might clip a subject. This works quite well as in your shots of the Museum or Hindu water Temple/Palace. The butterfly's wings hints at overexposure yet the quality achieved makes the butterfly look almost like Balsa wood. It's really fantastic.
