What a capture. I don't know what the white blur is to the top left of the owl, but it reminds me of the bird itself. I do think a different crop of the picture would help more, as the brighter white streaks to the top right corner draw the eyes away from the owl, and right out the side of the picture. 7

I see a bird. Yet the lack of any real distinguishable subjects makes it difficult to know what is going on. What is the light semi-circular shape?

Excellent panning to track the owl. The red line coming out of the eye is a little strange, but that is a minor distraction to an very interesting shot.
