A reflection of a house in the area I live reflected in the window of an unfinished house. The islanders here love painting their houses bright colours. Yes I did enhance it with saturation, it wasn't really that bright.

great colours in this, and it was "found in nature" it looks like, so well done! I like that its a new building reflecting in the glass of something very old.

I really like this one. The orange and blues are so vivid, and the phot so clear. Good job

Great use of reflection! I would have liked a tighter crop at the bottom and left sides, though.

One of my favourites this week. Good composition and the colors are perfect. So is focus and the cropping. The colorless house is just perfect. Meets the challenge very well. Well done and good luck!

I like the contrast between the grey foreground and the rich colored background. It looks like this two elements are fighting each other for the viewers attention. The reflection is so clear it almost seems unreal. A tiny bit more sharpness would serve this image well imho. You did a fine job on the composition. Regards, Marco.

My, yes, that certainly does qualify as complementary in terms of colour, but that is not a building I would want to look at regularly. It is, however, a good photo of it. The framing, I think, is somewhat distracting from the topical colours, as it's very bright, but artistically it's a nice touch.

I've been hitting skip on this one all the way through voting, mainly because that meant it kept popping up and I got to see it lots of times, but also so I could gather my thoughts on it.
This shot defines contrast. The contrast between old and new buildings, between the dull wood and the bright refection, and of course between the orange and blue. While I'm a big fan of sharp modern images, I also very much like shots of old buildings and old wood. You give me both : )
The composition is very strong, it's framed to perfection and even the pieces of wood protuding over the window are a feature rather than a distraction.
Great shot, good luck!

Very interesting photo. I always love photos that use some sort of internal framing of a sbject. Nice colors, too. -T

Like this image; it has a lot of atmosphere. Two different worlds or eras are represented here in this small image and that makes for a lot of impact. The dull greys of this building are a nice foil for the intense blues and oranges of the reflections. Great how well the reflections have been handled. 8

I'm having a hard time figuring out what I"m looking at... is it a reflection? or is it the inside of a room looking out? I would have cropped off the excess at the right side and the bottom to help isolate your subject a bit better

I'd have liked this even more if you'd cropped/ framed it tigher on the window. still great though.

The blue/orange building appears interesting just from the shape of it, but presented and framed in this window with the gray walls/shutters it really makes it stand out. The image is very sharp and I love the color of the sky. The only downside is the reflection(s) at the top of the window, and the other 'ghost' reflection by the staircase.

Excellent photo... I really love the nice combination of color and lack of color in this photo... This photo really does an excellent job of showing an integration of old and new... great work :) = 10

I'm glad you did this as a reflection - you could have just shot the house straight on with the blue sky behind it, but it just wouldn't have been as effective. 8.
