A lovely poetry in image form. Had you named it Nuit it would have made it totally universal. This image required the right time, the right pose and the dleicate lighting. You got them all. The fading into the sky is great as it adds to the mystery.

Congratulations on your top 20 finish. Indeed a very superb entry.

Nice effect! From a distance it looks like it's done on the beach with a sunset! Well done!

Awesome shot. Almost as if the person's arching on the sea.

great placement of the light! way to show off flexibility in an artful manner. the barely lit silhouette is elegant. I would have liked a bit more room at the top, and possibly another fill light to get detail on the front of the body similar to what is shown on the back. still, this is very good - 7

Very nice. Would have liked to see more detail (lighter background) around the hair/face.

Very creative. I like the originality of this shot though I wish you would have made the setting a bit more appealing. Good work none the less.

This is great. I am back to comment. I hope this is a top ten photo. I really like the sunrise effect you have come up with. I like the composition. Good luck.

Very interesting.....you should re-shoot this during a real sunset sometime (of course that'd require a nude beach in California)

Interesting lighting, but a bit fuzzy. That aside, I really like the pose and the concept. 8

This is quite a lovely shot, I love the yellow into red that it creates. I might have also lit the other side of her, as that would have made the image slightly more unique. Good luck.

This is a little too staurated to work as well as it ought to, IMO, and it's showing too little bosy/BG separation also, for me. I don't ask for a lot of it, but I can hardly make out ANY separation on the right side. Even the left side could use a little more. It's a well-seen shot, shows imagination and strong composition; I think it just needs better post-processing to be the best it could be.

Very cool. Would have like just a little more lighting to the left around the hair. Beautiful ideas and photo. I gave you 9.

I like the graphic look of this. The sheet reminds me of desert sand almost and the light really adds to that thought. Good imagination. I think I will bump this one up a bit.

Absolutely stunning, the sheets of the bed look like wave on the sea. My only complaint is that I would like to see more contrast in the silhouette. 10!

wow, this is really awesome. i love the silohuette, and love how the light accentuates the figure. great job keeping mystery but really playing up the figure. very creative!

I think a white light rather than a red one would really made this image pop. The composition and idea are excellent. White light would have given you a better tone to work with.

not really sure what to say about this shot. dont know how the yellow light was created or what it symbolizes. just not sure i like the red colorcast.

great idea, love the colors, wish you had had a firmer mattress. the creases and wrinkles really take away from an otherwise remarkable, unique image.

Well lit great composition and exposure. The bed is distracting to a degree, I would have posed her on something hard so there would be no depressions. 9

This would be super cool without the shadow of the headboard on the lower left, and the sinking of the hands into the mattress. The lighting is very different from the rest of the challenge, and it's a neat idea for a pose!

Interesting effect. It's almost like you see more detail when you are looking slightly away from the detail you are trying to see. I do think that I'd prefer a little more luminosity around the top side of the arc formed by the model. Not a lot more. Just enough to bring the detail forward a tad. Good job

an interesting photo, though to me, the subject seems to be the light. I think also, that the image would benefit if her hair was down instead of up.

I wish I could have seen more definition on the "outside" of the model. It's just a little dark (at least on my screen). The pose and idea is great though. 8.

I really had to stare at this to figure out that the body was a bridge over the light. I think the idea is awesome, but maybe a blue light would've worked better but that's just me.

Beautiful model, Very interesting lighting, and athletic too. I love the way the light outlines this models legs and back in red. Very sensual, whether you meant it to be or not. <8>

i dont believe the yellow glare cut off by the bed is helping the image. It would have been beautiful done outside with the sun rather an an artifical light. The silhouette is self is great.
