This shot was actually taken on the spur of the moment. My hubby was wearing the boots and I grabbed my wedding dress out. He couldn't get the dress over this ankles so he draped it in front of him and I laid the veil around his boots. Lots of fun!!

I just found this image, seeing it for the first time after the challenge ended. This was one of my three highest scoring images in the challenge! I was all geared up to see it on the front page, and I'm amazed it didn't make the top 10! Highly underrated... I really liked the subtle humor and playfulness of this image, pulled off with excellent lighting and focus.

i really love this picture. wonder why it didn't place higher. i gave it an 8. great composition. and i'm a big fan of lacy fluffy stuff and of comfort. good stuff.

Heh, heh! I get it! Though I've not yet met a bride quite brave enough to go this far in the comfort stakes! Nice use of netting to create the "set" and contrast with the grubby and worn leather boot.
