An image with many implications. Highly sensual and touching because of the broken glass and its negative connotation, sort of like a beauty fatale. There are many other readings and herein lies the unique charm.

Congratulations on your top ten finish.

This shot is just awesomely sexy to me. The mirrored floor makes me feel like an adolescent trying to look up the skirt of some hot, young thang but the breaks really focus the attention on the shoes & feet. The shoes don't make as much of an impact to me but I just love the whole shot. Good job with lighting given the reflections inherent. Cute toes, too.

Really good idea, but would have had more impact if the heel was at the point of shattering. Good try though.

A little busy for me. Love the concept but would like to see it with simple shoes

I like the idea, but feel it would make a lot more sense for the heel to be placed over the centre of the break on the mirror. You could have adjusted the lighting to remove the strange shadows on the feet and legs also.

Unique idea. :) Shouldn't the heel be in the center of the break though? Nice crisp shot, good quality focus.

The centre of the break appears to be under her sole rather than the heel. Hope this was supposed to be a shot on an unbroken mirror which could have been awesome. The fractured one introduces too many distractions for me.

Hope it will be the blue ribbon ! Nice ideea, beautiful composition, interesting lighting with some aid from the mirror, it seems a bit blurry on the left foot. 9.

Nice shot! I liked the light and reflexion given by the broken mirror. Perhaps if the heel were on the impact point on the mirror, the effect would be even more dramatic. 8

This looks sooo amazing. Everything is perfect, the nailpolish, the shoe color/type, and the glass. Great idea and very well executed.

Great shot. And for chancing 7 years of bad luck I'd say this is a 10!

cool shot! i like the "harshness" of it and the impact of the shattering glass. good luck--10

Nice, I love the idea and outcome, only thing I donĀ“t really care for is the lighting making shadows or bright areas as the light is reflected up again on her feet. One of the best shots in the challenge, I gave it a 8.

Very original - thank you - it's a real break from the shoes in the closet! I love the idea and the execution. Congrats!

Very interesting. The contrast is nice and bright, and I like the touch of the painted toes. They match the additude of the shoes.

uh-oh, that cant be good. i would have liked her heel to be the center point of the shatter. So glad the feet are nicely peticured (it really makes a difference)

nice - there are a few too many hot spots but that can be fixed in the next photo session.

Wow. This is cool. Very good message on the painful elegance of chic society. The borken mirror is really electrifying, if that makes any sense at all.

Great look! Would think that it would have been better if the heel was breaking the mirror instead of the toes.

Shouldn't the heel be at the center point of the shatter to be in sync with your title? Good idea, however.

very nice effect...maybe a little too much on the left foot...can't really see the heel.

Would be more powerful if the heel was at the center of the shatter and not the toe.

Interesting with the broken mirror. In my opnion had these been closed toe pointed toe pumps instead of the sandals with the red toenails - it would have even been MORE effective, but that's my personal taste. I see how the lines of the laced up shoes mimic the lines of the broken glass - so maybe that was your intent. Original and not the norm to say the least. 8
