| I'm surprised this finished only in the top 20! Gave this image an 8 myself. When I first saw this, I remembered the rain submission and sure enough, it's the same photographer. Great job! |

| nice portrait and editing, should do very good. There is a slight "halo" around his hair that could have been burned a bit but overall its nothing major. Good luck :) |

| A great combination of effective portraiture with anonymity -- the amount you can tell about the person without being able to identify who it is. |

| Interesting candid portrait. Makes you want to ask so many questions. It's nice to see a portrait that portrays more than just a face. With this, you get a feeling of time/place/life. |

| I really like this portrait. The focus might be a little soft compared to some others, and it's a bit dark... but overall I think it works very well - you've captured some feeling with this. The "open" sign is a bit distracting - that's about the only thing I would mess with. Good job! |

| I like this one alot. From my experience if you talk to these people they are more than happy to tell you theyr name and even share theyr experiencess, he shoudn't be unknown. Especially this individual seems to be verry welcoming. 10 |

| This is amoung the best of the challenge. Beautiful image. Great colors, great expresssion, great detail, and textures. I guessing there are people complaining about the sign in the background. I hope you are not listening to them. This back ground is so very important to this image. A great environmental portrait. Worthy of framing. I do hope you have given him a copy.
