 Playing around with the idea. Opened Pepsi can from the bottom with a knife and drained. Cut a flap in the can with a pair of scissors. Cut out a piece of a Coke can and put it inside of the Pepsi can. Stuffed the can with paper towels to keep the cutout in place.

Taken with Nikon 70-200mm @ 180mm. I took a series from f/2.8 to f/14 and settled on this one (f/8). Used SB-800 flash and polarizing filter to reduce the harsh reflections. I do wish it were advanced editing so I could have removed some of the 'dings' on the front can from my inability to use scissors...

In PS: Rotate, curves, increased contrast and saturation. Resized, save for web.

Oh that's horrible! What self respecting Pepsi would want to be a Coke? Fun shot though, shows that we all have a little something in us that wants to be something else... I think the lighting was good and the DOF was just right. My only thought would be the rear-rim blending with the back drop. As a Pepsi fan, I'll give it an 8. :)

Dude/dudette, you got way too much time on your hands ;o)

I like this shot, technically very well done except maybe for a bit of glare on the cans, good sharpness and great DOF. I think the title "Impostor" or something like that is more fitting for the shot, of course just my opinion :o) Gave it a 7, one of the better shots in the challenge and unlike most people you at least seemed to give a little effort into this shot.

Really cute idea. Looks like it took some work. The pepsi symbols in the background have some funny artifact at the interface between them and the letters. 9
