Finally an image that I got lucky with but feel like I can imagine the philosophical idea behind the set-up: Photograph a man's small relection in nature - small in comparison to everything - small in how much it affects the image. The image shows how minute man is compare to the seemngly infinite life of nature. Add a title that is ambiguous and reflects the same. Shot in Raw - desat completely and adjusted exposure in RAW converter, USM, crop, save for web.
Predicted score: 5.0014 (for lack of a HUGE reflection!)

Love the contrast, composition and sense of "being there". My favorite of this weeks entries.

like the feel of this photo...kind of IR. i have to say, though, that with all to look at in the image, the reflection really gets kind of lost...everything else is just so much stronger.

The reflection is subtle. Fortunately, I like subtlety.

I really like that the reflection is almost incidental to the picture, not the main focus of it.

Beautiful pic but the reflection is such a small part of the shot.

I think I would have liked it better in Colour

I like this image... very contrasting. The back lit leaves almost give it and Infrared feel. The reflecting sunlight bring out the movement of the water.... I can almost hear it. Well done.

Subtle reflection here, but its positioned really nicely and I like the composition of the image. Has a nice mood about it too, well done with this one.

Sepia tones. Nice "Where's Waldo" effect.

A bit of a stretch for a reflection shot

I like this image but I don't really think it fits the theme.

This is a very striking image. The man looks so small compared with nature - a very humbling and peaceful image. Well done! Small point: I think I would have preferred a little more picture on the left-hand side. I'm not sure the squarish-edit does the shot justice.
