interesting use of perspective.

I like how you've shown how shadows can look very distorted.

crazy angle, looks real nice. too much space on top maybe, and too tightly cropped at the bottom.
06/21/2002 07:09:00 PM
The angle is awesome, it's kind of abstract and very creative. The over all presentation is attractive and it has good texture. i liked it a lot.

great shadow.

This is just great! I love it! You definitely have an eye for a shadow photo... great work = 10 - jmsetzler

Too funny. Though it seems like I should be able to figure out how you messed up the proportions (obviously what you wanted to do), I can't seem to do it. Oh duh, I think I just got it. Any way -- go shadow. I like the crispness of it, and though its cropped a little too tight at the bottom (for me), it doesn't affect the overall quality. It is definitely a different take on kid pics! :-)

Hey Dad where did you put my foot? What the heck did you do to his head?
06/18/2002 11:36:00 PM
I love the nice sharp bike shadows and great texture on the wall. The "alien" effect is a hoot. My only nitpick is the cut-off feet at the bottom of the photo.

This is a most excellent photo !!!! At first I gave it a 7 due to the over exposed look in the lower middle area then thought no way...this is a 9 all the way !:)

how did you get the great background? NICE SHARP SHADOW too 10

ROFL! Very cute, excellent framing, too. The 640x427 crop was a good choice.

Interesting exposure with decent composition save for chopping off the left foot a little (Maybe if the left foot were on the pedal). The semi-washed out background texture is an interesting effect. Good job.

What are you kidding me, The kids head is huge? What were you thinking?
06/17/2002 10:35:00 PM
Wish the entire shadow had made the shot...moving the boy or the light source could have made a more attractive shadow. I like the black and textured grey.

I really liked this distorted shadow.
06/17/2002 06:53:00 PM
Awesome
06/17/2002 05:50:00 PM
upside down? good effect
06/17/2002 05:11:00 PM
this is an interesting shadow, it looks like the kid has a rather large head, but really its a helmet. good job.
06/17/2002 05:09:00 PM
sure is all shadow
06/17/2002 03:55:00 PM
Neat effect, the pebbled driveway really adds to this one. The angle adds to this shot. Does your driveway angle downwards?

Interesting and strange. Is that a silhouette?
