| Intensely moody - the high contrast and something about the lighting really give this image a powerful feeling of desolation and evil. Excellent shot! |

| Nice shot. I like the grain. I would have tried to get the top branch completely in the shot, and not cut it off. Overall, I like the feel of it. Keep up the good work. |

| Like this a lot, grain and all. Can't say what else you can do to improve it. Already gives a beautiful haunting and moody atmosphere. A favourite and glad you posted it. |

| This is a really nice picture, but unless I agree that it is a bit too grainy. I may have been the effect you were going for, but I still believe that this could have been a stronger piece had you backed off a bit. |

| Interesting dark moody piece, graininess is very strong element. I like the stratified look, but am not sure about the object in the right foreground. It might be interesting to clone it out and try cropping it tighter from the bottom, perhaps about 5%. Hope this helps. |

| Very unique photo, has a very surreal feel to it. The grain and contrast give it mood and soul. This is the kind of photo where flaws and mars would be perfectly at home, patina I think is the word. |

| I think the grain is maybe just a little overdone. When I look at the photo, the grain dominates my thinking, more like, "this is a grainy image with an interesting dark theme" - rather than the other way around. Hope that made some sense at least? |
