I envisioned this shot for a whole week and finally I took the car and went to Piazza di Spagna to capture the scene. After two hours and 80 shots I had about ten good pictures to express the "busy" concept. Hope you like it.

Questa e la vista che ho nella mia cucina, pero faccio in 2003. Qui. The photo I put on the wall, though, is landscape orientation, but I also ended up doing it in sepia. I hope I can go back someday and shoot it all properly. :-)

What I can't believe is that someone actually gave this a 1 and a 2!
Great shot on so many levels.

This is definately "busy". I myself would prefer this in color, as I think it would look even busier with all the different colors in the peoples clothing.

So much potential here without the blur which I find too distracting.

My eye's cannot find a moments peace looking at this...perhaps this is why I like it so much...the entire image seems to be moving...as if to say "..you see! We cannot truly stop time!"...what a wonderful illusion you have created here!

I like this. Fits challenge well. Looks like you've got someone taking your picture on the right, just in front of the doors. :) The motion blur adds to this, very well done and I hope you place high. 8

quite fantastic, I love the white of the fountain in contast to the black of the clothing, as well as the chaos of the people juxtaposed with the solidity of the fountain and the buildings... not to mention you depict visual busy-ness as well as personal busy-ness

I really love this pic. Just the busyness of everything- the moving people crowding up the area, all the way till the back of the picture... Very nice. Captured well.^^

Nice photo! How long was the shutter speed? Did you have to use a ND filter? It might have looked even busier if you left the shutter open a little longer.

I really like the composition of the image - good idea and all - not sure if I like the sepia choice, I may have liked to see this in color or even B&W a little better - not sure - great job though!

I love this photo and the amount of people is amazing. Good choice making it black and white. The only thing that I don't like about this photo is the fact that the two statues in the pond do not line up right.

7 - Good shot, especially for the Challenge. Toning works very well. Criticism; apologies if wrong, but seems needs a slight nudge up on the left side - isn't quite 'symmetrical'. Really like the effect achieved here, especially 'using' this scene, and the two gentlemen parked near the fountain add a good sense of 'stop' to this shot.

Very attractive image, clever approach for this challenge. I like the sharp guys in the middle while all the other people are busy on the move and I think the duotone of the photo is an excellent choice. 9.
