I think this may be another candidate for B&W. There are two large swaths of single colors, the brown/yellow of the field and the pale blue of the sky. Neither is particularly eye-grabbing in hue. So you can either "cheat" and really try to boost it with saturation, or switch to B&W where texture becomes more important. The field might have promise as texture and the clouds probably would too with the sunbeams.

Your "penny sized" aperture was too big. ;) There is a loss of detail in the foreground which would have added to the texture of the field.

This isn't your fault, but I've also noticed November trees are hard to make look good. The deciduous trees have lost their leaves and evergreens are very, very hard to keep from turning into a green/black mess. I haven't solved this nut yet myself...

I gave it a 5.

Sad kinda...

This is a heck of an image, looks like painting in my book, It was a close crop on 1.3MP camera on a windy day. Oh well none more from this tired old camera.. The old D450z is pushing over 20k pics, it 7 years of use were faithful....

I like the muted colors, and the composition. But it seems excessively blurry, I don't know if that's a focus issue, or if it's deliberate post-processing.

very pretty image, my preference would be a little more clarity or sharpness, I like the colors, meets challenge - good job :)

looks like a painting... nice mood. the trees in the background look a li'l fuzzy - tripod would fix that.
