| This would have gotten a higher vote from me if the lights of the buildings had been sharp. It looks like this was taken handheld rather than on a tripod. The color and clouds are interesting. |

Sorry to be harsh, but my scoring is:
2/2 – Subject suitability
0/4 – Technical & artistic skill = intesting colour but lacks detail/lack if focus makes it look very busy/confusing,
0/3 – Overall appeal = no interest or attraction
0/1 – Extra merit = no wow factor

| Cool image. I think the picture would look better if the horizon was at 1/3 of the picture. The trees are a bit blurry, could be better perhaps with some more sharpening? The picture somehow seems to lack depth to me. |

| I really like the colours in this picture. And the wind was perfect during the exposure, creating a very nice motion blur. Well done! |

| Although the clouds are interesting, I think it would have been good if you had cropped out some of the sky and zoomed in more on the buildings. Nice shot, though! |
