Magical and mystical ... I hope you are going to enter into the current Triptych challenge.

P.S. Gorgeous model. Perfect percentage of opacity IMO.

I keep meaning to write about this but keep forgetting!
The image is in fact a painting- no filters. The bottom panel is a timed exposure. At first I used a timer but it was too much so after I figured out about how much time she should be in the image for the opacity I wanted (about 60%) I would count 1 mississippi, 2 mississippi... well you get the picture :0) and then yell move! And she had to be real quick to not leave any trace of her. That's why the long exposure. The shorter the time the more 'ghost' images so I had to have a balance between that and the sharpness of her body.

I saw this in the triptych challenge and meant to comment but never made it back. I lvoe this set together and think you did a great job editing it. I'd love to know how you did the bottom panel. Excellent work!

How did you get the overlay on the main one...wow...beautiful composition.

Reminds me of a Waterhouse...definitely must make it a print.

Wonderful triptych. Soft like a painting and well deserved top 20.

For me, I find the nude an extraneous addition to the photo. I don't get the sense that she is connected with the background in any way.

I am not a nude fan but this is really beautiful.

This is a really brave take on the challenge. I like it, but there is something more i would like to see that i just cannot put my finger on. Perhaps a part of the body reaching into the third frame to justify the cut of in the first? I am not sure. Just a thought. hmmm...

Intriguing, and superb use of color. But I find myself wishing the model's head was in there too. Maybe not aligned with the body, and maybe some other body part in the third panel? But quite good anyway - 7

This has such an 'olde world' feeling to it. The subdued colours and the 'surprising' nude give it a painterly (strange word!!) feel.

You show wonderful creativity and originality with this shot! It looks like a Monet piece and gives off a great emotion. Top marks from me!

Nice rosebuds. Looks like the rosebush needs trimmed a little though.

I like the background of this, but I find the addition of a headless model distracting, especially with a panel directly above the body where her head would be.

Love the treatment of the background. I personally think this would work much better without the nude. Still a great entry!

This is beautiful. What a nice effect adding that interesting filter to it. It looks like a beautiful painting. I really love this one.

I'm not sure what was the purpose of leaving the head out of this one. In my opinion, It subtracts from the image. Otherwise, a very nice composition with pleasant colors. Looks like a painting, good job!

This is just so fantastic. I can't express how much I love it. The mixture of classic art and the modern feeling brought by the triptych and crop of the head works in a way I can't explain. I hope this ribbons. 10 and favorite.
