None of my utensils are worth shooting on their own so I added some honey for light and texture.

I think the white balance is off, at least in my opinion and I would have liked more DOF.

Great use of lighting here! I like the idea and the composition is good. Only suggestion is that this would have been better with more DOF since it appears out of focus. I bet you already knew that.

Too much contrast. I would have chosen to see more detail of the honey loop.

i know you worked hard at this and probably learned some things while working on it, but this isn't quite there yet. the focus just isn't sharp enough and the lighting still needs some work. keep on trying!

I would like to have seen the whole spoon in focus. The drop falling off the spoon would be nicely set off against the stream falling onto it. And a little more space at the bottom?
