Wow! This is spectacular! No offense intended to the ribbon winners, but I think this should have been in the top 3 instead of 4th.

I love the symmetry in this one... it's refreshing to see 4 equal parts to an image instead of 2 from just a reflection. One of my favorites from this challenge! Nicely done!

Slightly similar to another in the challenge but your's appears to be better. I hope you give details on how you achieved this very unique and cool image. I like the orangeish/gold lights emiting out against the black. Good job and good luck.

I love the symmetry and the novel effect made by looking down on the candle.

6 - Met the Challenge quite well in my opinion - "Use candlelight to create the impact of your photo.". Criticism; unless the quality suffered, this at 640 would have been much better in my opinion. Assume those are reflections/refractions on each 'corner' of the candle holder and a long exposure causing the 'rays'. Seems 'almost' perfectly symmetrical, so well done. Not sure on the frame, especially 'color', doesn't enhance or add to the overall 'feel' to this shot, again, in my opinion.

I'm interested in what these items are that made these reflections like this. It looks like you made the most you could with only one candle.

nice and pure. hope it's not too abstract for DPC!
