Well I may be a little differant to the normal, re comments, as I really love this, especially the border, as it makes one stand up and take notice of the delicate tree silhouette in the centre.....
AWESOME STUFF WITH THIS ONE AS IT IS A COMPLETE PACKAGE.....

So glad Too Cool posted this to the forums - it is absolutely gorgeous! I am in the 'pro border' camp; to me it helps to isolate the tree even more, and to accenuate the starkness of the photo.

Dude, after seeing your print get second at the club, you really need to lose the huge border and repost this shot...

This is gorgeous! The lighting, emanating from the center, is outstanding. I also like your frame choice.

Personally - not crazy about the very wide border, but I LOVE the tree shot Tater! The vignetting doesn't bother me a bit, I kind of like the way it crowds in around the tree. Quite lovely.

This is simply stunning. The wide frame just adds to it.

great shot.
I do agree that the vignetting is somewhat odd.
It looks like you used a gradient at each corner and maybe selected the wrong gradient type as it looks like the darkest part isn't at the corners.
You can see a band where it is darkest a little bit in from the corners.

Again, great image.

This is quite beautiful, if you have to think "winter" , might as well see the beauty in it. I do like the black border, sets off the tree very well. Good job !

Really nice. However the darkening of the edges of the actual photo seem odd to me. At first i thought it was the thick black border, but now Im seeing dark edges around the pic. Not sure I care for that, of course I haven't seen it without it so who can say for sure. Either way, its an eye catching photo.
