This is a lovely image. What I like best is the way this looks like a scene from a painters workshop. The upper part looks like a canvas, with lovely light tones. The path and the dock lead the eye to the lower part of the image. The most interesting element of that part is the way it reminds me of a painter's palette, a blending and mixing of colours, splashed across the stones.
I also like the contrast between the fluid water and the cracked dry stones. 10. Adding to favs.

Really like what the long exposure's done to the clouds. There's a bit of a 'colour halo' around the mount where it looks like you've done a feathered selection to make the sky greyer (or the land bluer) but it only detracts ever so slightly from a great photo. 9

Looks like something out of a horror movie. Very ominous, but very cool. Teh foreground rocks look a bit over saturated to me and tend to distract from the rest of the scene. So a (9) from this voter!

Composition is really good. The foreground is interesting to look upon with all the craggy rocks and small pools of water. As our eye travels to the background we are naturally drawn to the mount and the 'castle' that rests upon it. That mount is centered in the middle top of the frame - again our eye is easily drawn there to travel up the path past the craggy rocks. The colors of the photo invoke a mood of a dark and stormy night. My only suggestion on how to improve this photo is keeping the mount in the same center position but the photographer to have physically moved such that the winding and curving road we see here is also dead center. This would act as a complementary 'visual path' that the eye would travel up to reach the top of the mount. It would beholve you to keep the foreground of the craggy rocks if possible because resting just a few feet beyond is what appears to be an 'L' shaped concrete 'path'on the left hand side of the photo. By lining up that concrete road to the be centered with the winding road in the background would also strenthen the composition by acting as a visual road that bridges the foreground and background together. It is possible that this change in angle maynot be possible for some elements may be lost - but it is certainly an angle worth exploring.

Great foreground detail, especially the color: I love how the greens of the moss pop out against the stark bluish tone of the rest of the scene. Great moody sky to add even more emotion to the photo.
