This is a good nightshot and great fireworks capture. I like the dark people and the reflection in the water of the fireworks.

| I think for a fireworks shot to work in this challenge, it's important to include people enjoying them. You did that well by including the silhouettes in the foreground. I'd like to see this in color, although the tan tones does have a cool feel to it. |

| This is a beautiful capture... I simply love the silhouetted peoplein the foreground of this shot... It reminds me quite a bit of Gordon's 'bellagio' submission a while back in that aspect... I also think your choice of a duotone in this image also works very well... great shot... = 10 |

| The sheen and ripples have texturized the water surface like a glossy pavement. nice contrasts... B/W is seldom effective for fireworks (to my taste), but this one's an exception. |
