Back for comments. The color in this image is fantastic, you have made such a everyday scene into a beautiful artistic piece of photography with the clever use of light and color.
Congratulations on this image I can't bump it up higher but I can make it a fav.

Now this is really good, I like it. The composition I maybe would have changed, but the atmosphere that comes over with this image pulls away from those dificiencies! Good work!

This is fantastic, both the fact that you saw that this very simple scene would make a good photo (many people would've walked right past it), your composition, the colors and your post-processing. I really can't say I would change anything, except for maybe cropping a tad more off the top of the image, for some reason I can't explain I find that that works even better for me.

Looks like you've used a slight soft focus filter, I don't know. Nice shot, I like how it tells a story even though there is nobody in the image.

Ths is so simple and works so well. Effective use of burning, if indeed you used it. If not, well then, well done!

I love the muted tones of this shot. Your comp and lighting are great. The only thing I really don't like is the brightness of the chrome on the pedals and handle bars. That doesn't seem to go with the "mood" of the other colors.

Simply beautiful in all respects. The color tones really set off the simplicity of this image and your composition takes this to a very high level... Congrats on a very impactful entry... :)

Two rather similar bicycle still life images in the challenge, and I really can't separate them in terms of appeal. They are both terrific, for the same reasons; they each combine a bicycle with a context to establish a line of speculation about location, owner, what happens next, and so forth. Each bicycle also has some intriguing cargo on board. And the two images are equally, but differently, photographically accomplished. Inevitably, the same score from me (so I guess I'll have to post the same comment to each). 8.

Very beautiful photograph. The tones and colors are great. The composition is very good. Normal instinct would be to include all of the front wheel, but that would take away the great balance you acheived. Well done!

Really nice shot. I love the shapes created by the composition, and the muted colours which add so much to the scene. It also asks a lot of questions in a viewers mind. Great work.

Except for what looks like either slight oversharpening or overexposure this is stunning. Colours and texture, subject matter and overall sharpness, and story behind the photo. 10/10 despite the gripe mostly because it made me wonder, whose bicycle is it?, where do they live?, etc.

I like the dark 'earthy' colors found in this photo. The red really stands out as a burst of color that helps to draw the eye in. For some reason the dingy/grungy look is appealing for even though we don't see life bustling in the photo with a person(s) present, we know that there is/has been activity simply because of the number of bags attached to the bicycle and the shoes tucked away in the corner. The bicyle lays against the wall ready and waiting to transport the owner to it's next destination.
