 my first try at panning with my D200
my Tamron 28-75 2.8 is not long enough for this type of shot, but lucky there is room to crop with the file size in the D200
shot was taken in raw and converted with auto setting plus bumped up exposure and saturation in Adobe camera raw
then edited in photo shop CS2
further saturation boost
sharpened
rotated /cropped
resized
save for web

Great capture. True panning. The tilt makes me a little uncomfortable... have to rotate my head to balance... but one of the better pans in the challenge.

Nice shot. Great sharpness on the car and I like the dynamic angle you have shot at. Perhaps would have cropped off the bottom of the image to remove the grass verge and get you a bit tighter on the car.

One of the better panning images in the challenge though

I don't like the unnatural angle of your picture, it takes away some of the speed sensation. The car is amazingly sharp, great shot!
