My idea for this is a sort of reunion in the afterlife, which to me is what most people would hope for, to be with their loved ones again. I like the brightness of the doorway, like she's coming through the bright light over to the other side to be with him again. Hopefully that comes across.

An excellent idea for this challenge. The setting is quite cool for this shot, it looks like a down-to-earth (pun) appartment, but the lighting gives it that heavenly shine. I think the woman's pose is bad though. Maybe it's just her dress, but she seems somewhat bulky and bored.

I loved this picture, just wish you could have softened the light a little bit to show some of the features on her face, would have made the glow look heavenly rather than just overdone.

I had a total block about this challenge. I am glad you didn't. I am moved by this photo. I can honestly say I wouldn't change a pixel. 10.

The exposure on the windows from outside might have needed to be toned down some. Just too much. I really like the composition though. 7

I wish this was shot in landscape orientation to allow more room on the side of the guy on the stairs and to balance the composition. With a less cramped feeling this would easily be my favorite photo in the challenge.
