This is taken in New Delhi zoo. The guy was kind enough to spread his wings and dance for the shot. There were distracting elements behind the peacock which with burned and wings were dodged. This is my first attempt with dodging and burning (and probably the only successful one).

This is absolutely gorgeous.
So delicate and majestic at the same time.

This is clearly one of my favourite images of those you display in your portfolio. I like the way in which the peacock seems to glow and spread a natural light. Your image has an evanescent quality: it seems as if this being coulod not possibly have come from that dark gloomy background, but must have been sent from "a better place". In fact, the white-black dichotomy suggests the image of an angel walking the earth. All in all, having seen the original, I must admit that you took this image to a completely new level with your masterful postprocessing, namely by dodging and burning.

What a fantastic shot. The lighting makes it even better, and I like seeing the tree a bit in contrast to his all white beauty. Super!

Hi Tej! SatSriAkal!
It's very beautiful, man. Like the light is inside the peacock. Very theatrical. You have a fine sense of drama, Tej. Cheers.

Really, really nice. If you dodged/burned this, you did it very well and very tastefully, cuz it looks very natural.

Wow! He/she is gorgeous! And very well captured. Although I do agree with the one comment about lightening the back leg a bit (and the Bridal gown comment, too! LOL!) Very nicely done.

Lovely shot. I like the contrast between the white and dark background. We have a guy down the road that has swans, various breeds of duck and a couple of varieties of peacocks, the white is one of them. I have been meaning to get down there and take pictures of them, this has motivated me again.

Beautiful!

This is truly one of the loveliest uploads lately! The deep dark background with the albino bird - extremely artful. I like the use of negative space and I don't mind the crop, which eliminated part of the tail feathers. Outstanding! Adding to favs.

Lovely shot of a rare and lovely bird :-) I like the blurred shapes to the left. I wish you'd lighten the hind foot a bit so it's clearer to the eye.
