| I think this is a very difficult picture to take. Getting the light right takes a lot of skill. Nicely done. Great photo. The only things I might change are the spot of light at the top right and maybe crop a little off the bottom to remove the strongest part of the light at the bottom under the (not sure what it is) piece of furniture. The light does define the bottom of the object but with a modest crop this will still happen but the harshest part of the light will be gone. |

Gary: you are indeed a potent force. A master at excecuting your ideas. It is like you have the very pulse of the voters to entertain them with amazing and creative images with impeccable technique, but above it all, it is your creativity that shines. Like the man with the golden touch. Here, you revert to simplicity but mange to bring the essence of the old in most warm and charming manner.

| Congrats Kiwi my friend ! You and Nasti ruled this challenge. No big surprise there :) I love the composition/angle of this. The lighting is just beautiful. It looks like early daybreak when grandmom would be making her biscuits and the smell would fill the house and wake you from your sleep. Superb ! |

This is great!
I like the muted colors. The soft light from the window in a shot like this, is very difficult to hold detail as well as you have managed here. Impressive work. 10 |
