 This was shot in a makeshift studio, put together in the home of the make-up artist/stylist. Very simple one light softbox setup. This was actually a quick impromptu shot between 2 other sets, we only shot a few with the robe on, but this one ended up being my favorite from the session.

Post work: Various level, contrast and saturation adjustments, some spot editing to remove a few blemishes, some dodging and burning to make it pop a little more, sharpened after resizing. Also recolored the backdrop from a tan to the red. I have another version of this photo that has more contrast and deeper shadows that I personally like better, but I think this one will be better received here.

Too bad you mentioned that she's a smoker. There is something so incredibly unsexy about a girl that smokes... To the point that even her appearance doesn't look the same afterwards.

Just the subtle amount of hard shadow to add that little bit of extra depth to make this so very hot.

Wow, that is a pretty cool bikini, love that you added the diamonds (or whatevery they are) on her stomach. Lighting is top notch and I like the expression on the model. I like this shot, very edgy and I gave it an 8.

Amazingly sexy woman, very well lit...the jewels on her body add another dimension. There aren't too many photographers around here with access to models like her (and outfits like that) - so I'm thinking Dr Jones.... but if it is, its definately a bit of a stylistic diversion. 9

You on onto something here, I would have suggested keeping the model about three feet (1 meter) in front of the background. Had you done this and brought everything (lights and all) foward I think it would have been

Great fashion sense. The lighting and skin tones are spot on. Has an almost Vegas showgirl sense to it. Very sensual. The use of red works nicely with her olive complexion.
