for this shot, I had my model kneel down *behind* the jar. I didn't have to crop it so close, but you can see the tabletop through the jar, which undercuts the illusion of the face being completely *in* the jar. I could have fixed that with a slightly lower camera angle, if I had but world enough and time...

Very disturbing and surreal. I didn't vote in, or enter, this challenge because of the possibile (and very likely) high-annoyance factor. But you managed a literal take on a lyric that didn't annoy me and turned out as good art. I like the flat collage quality. It's all so flat and almost non-photo like that I don't even care if that is a real reflection or an Nice work, Don!

NOTE.... I'm looking at the image first and tyrying to guess the title. If I can't guess, I can't give high marks :-(

Popular subject. Seen this a couple if times already. I think this is one of the better renditions because the face actually looks like a face in a jar, in stead of a picture of a face in a jar.
