very nice. The soft focus is beautiful here. The lighting also makes it very moody. I love it.

lovely image, great soft light, positioning of subject. And captures the film too. Well done.

I think people will mark this down because it isn't clear, but I think that's what you were trying to do and it actually helps this picture more than being crisp would. Honestly this almost looks like a duplicate of the movie poster (although I don't think this ever was actually in the movie, it doesn't matter). Good job on the hazy yellow light.

you've captured the spirit and style of the film precisely! the colours are perfect, and it is a glorious looking image; the soft focus working really effectively here. big fat 10.

I like this. I like the subtle *contrast* between the leaves in a soft focus on the right and the hint of red in focus on the left.

very well done, and I like how you have the wide angle, to give it a movie feel.

Really well done, you were able to recreate the mood of the movie. This should be a top ten. Great job.

Beautiful.... but the tree in the middle is a little distracting.. I like the leaf on the right hand side.. I remembered this soft effect in the movie.. Nothing's seriously wrong with this shot.. I love it all the same.. 9 for me..

Good feel to this and is fitting of the challenge. I wish the silhouette was away from the tree in front of him to set him apart a bit better. Editing is good on this one.

I like the softness and color cast of the background.

I really like that bacground yellow misty effect but foreground is not working for me. The tree is way too centered specially if its not main subject. Would have tried different compositions.

This works quite well I think, though I don't know if the softness is working to help bring out the fear element.

is it supposed to be soft?

This really gives the feel of the movie. (Just watched the show last night.) The yellow cast is too strong for the actual movie, but that wouldn't be known if it had not been viewed recently. Also, it this is a "creature", the head would be bigger, if a villager, the cloak would be yellow. Despite these details, you've done a great job of capturing the feel and creating the mystery of the movie. 7
