I'm so glad this won a ribbon it was by far my favorite in the challenge! 54 10's (of which my vote was one) Wow! That is aLOT of people loving your photo.

Do they get much closer to recreating the scene than this? I'm guessing you went to the actual cornfield in Iowa. Either that or you tracked down seven 1919 White Sox uniforms and seven guys to wear them.
The focus seems a little soft, but he more I look at it, I think it actually works. |

| This is great. When I woke up this morning my husband (Timfythetoo) said I had to look at this pic. At first we wondered "how did he/she find all those players with old Sox uniforms?" Then I remembered hearing about a movie reunion and we checked the web and discovered the activities that go on at the real "Field of Dreams". Awesome! Way to capture an opportunity! Beautifully done and I even like the border.************** Hopefully I'm not making an incorrect assumption regarding your set up. Either way - I'm back to bump. 9 Well done. |

| One of the best movies ever made...and a great photo. I love the repetition and balance. It looks as though they are ready to play. The green grass in the foreground completes the picture. It makes me want to go watch some really good baseball. |

Field of dreams was an idea that I like. In the last mounths I have thinked a shot on this film but in italy (southern Italy) is impossible find players or baseball fields. This is one of my favourite movie. The shot is good peraphs I prefer the scene when he listen the father that tell :"build a field" (this was the title that I choose

| Alot of good pics in this challenge and then I come across this one. This is it. This is the blue all the way and I still have 30 pics to look at. If this doesnt ribbon I will be stunned.
