 Over the past year, I've made several trips to this location, each time excited to get a good shot of these pilings. But each time I've returned home disappointed and dejected, with nothing but crappy shots to show for it.
This time, though, I think worked out pretty well :)

Congrats on the top 10. This is just another in a long line of incredible pictures from your fertile photographic mind. Reminds me of pilings along the Columbia River in Oregon I've always wanted to photograph.

Lovely serene scene with two contrasts - black worn wooden support poles against pale blues and creams and also jagged, harsh poles against smooth, soft water and sky.

This is a great photo. I love the clouds, and whatever that is in the water. The soft reflecdtions are great! Constrast good, too. 9

The blend of the wood with the shadows into the water is incredible! The colors are just soft and perfect with the starkness of the wood. 8.
