This is a trip. I would love to know your secrets how you got the shadows here. The light is creative hitting the children. Their faces so full of hope and innocense.

This life is in their hands..
There are many lifestyles, races, and clans.
Allow them to unite.
Give them a new vision in their sight.
Love to last day and night.
Peace through out the intire land.
America stands..
Proud of their nations flag..
Hope for a new way of life...
History will give us lessons to learn..
Knoweledge gained well deserved.
Change is in our childrens hands.

Probably overdid the Neat Image a bit to counter the ISO 3200 noise.

This shot comes across as a bit over sentimental (if that's the right word) so I wouldn't have scored it massively high myself. I gave your entry shot a 6, this probably would have got the same from me if it were in the same challenge.

boy you are right on the gettin beat up comment. i entered a shot one time not knowing that and wondered why the heck it was getting slammed...granted my shot wasn't that great but still...

anyways this is a great shot. i love the composition, the focus is right on and the coloring is great too!
