I like the concept, and the looks. I'm not sure it gives the impression of "blowing in the wind" all that much, as the flowers look rather static, like they're not really moving.

I think some part of the shot should be in focus.

I just like your picture. not sure if it's a bokeh, but very nice

All bokeh means "OOF". It needs a foreground subject to work. Neat capture, tho.

Makes me think I have had too many beers. LOL Fun sense of movement. Since the whole image is blurred, I wonder if that truly meets the bokeh meaning, since there is not subject per se. Hmmmmm

Um?

IMHO something needs to be in focus.

I find this a very cool and interesting photo, but a stretch on the challenge topic.

I don’t see how a completely motion blurred image qualifies as bokeh

Whoah - quite the trippy shot. I think that maybe having at least one area in clear focus would have helped out. You have nice colors and all but just too much movement going on.

Great effect. There isn't anything in focus though.

I like the photo as it is kind of an abstract flowerbed, but ultimately I want to find 1 place that is in focus and start from there. I have no such luck so the entire image appears as OOF. The bokeh in the top half is very nice. Good colors.

Bokeh? Is there anything in focus here? Works well as an abstract.

Must have something in focus to achieve bokeh
