What a great feel of wind and movement

Lovely presentation! The feel of movement is nicely done, particularly with the lone stationary plant near the center.

Nice flowers, but they look more like "blurry" than "blown by wind" - i.e. it looks more like camera shake than wind blur.

Almost looks like an abstract. Good job of showing wind in your photo. Couple of things that may be holding this back. 1) Little bit overexposed on the highlights. 2) The back wall is distracting - crop down a little and check it out. Good luck in the challenge.

I know what you're trying to do, but just looks like a blurry photo. Also the highlights are blown out.

There have been a number of blurred shots in the challenge. Unfortunately, to me as a viewer, it is hard to tell if the blur is formed from the wind moving the subject during the open shutter or if it is simply motion blur due to a hand-held photo. So, I get more of "Blurred" instead of "Wind" as the perception. The small piece of fence in the background helps to identify that it was a moving subject rather than moving photographer but I have to go searching for that stable point of reference.

I really like the choice of colors you found for the composition as they do improve its visual appeal.

Score: 8.

I like the idea of this photo - trying to capture the motion of the snapdragons with a slow exposure. However, the one in focus red snapdragon in the middle actually makes the rest of the flowers look like they are simply overexposed and out of focus.
