The HDR challenge got me interested so I tried it with this image. IMO it was better than the original image, so here\'s hoping.

Details:
1. Generated 7 images of different exposures 0.5 apart, from camera raw.
2. Generated an HDR image from these in Photomatix
3. In CS2 cloned out dust then masked sky and grass seperately and increased the colour to each with a solid colour layer mask.
4. Tried NI to reduce noise in the sky but it seemed to wash out the colour a little. So back in CS2 I played around with the reduce noise filter.
5. Burned the edges of the sky slightly
6. Dodged the girl slightly

After uploading to DPC colours seemed washed out again so notched up the saturation in CS2 'til it resembles what I'm seeing locally.

This is a nice shot but it looks as if you rotated it slightly. I would rather have seen the girl running slightly uphill towards the tower than to have the ground flat and the tower tilting (unless of course that is how it is in fact LOL). Nice vibrant colors. Good luck

Cute subject, well named, and the colors are well handled, but the tower's rotation clockwise is disconcerting, it may be in fact tilted the way it is presented here but it interfears witht the brightly colored simplicity that is the heart of this very good shot.

Would have been even better if you'd placed the castle further to the right. Lighting is good.

ROFL Great title. Is that castle tilted? Nice use of color. I'd probably have it less centered but that's just me.
