Beautiful dew shot...

Intricate and lovely! 9

gorgeous picture, but too far fetched for challenge topic. 6

Gorgeous shot, perhaps more nature than science though. Still... this is an excellent picture... if we were doing nature macros this week, it would have been a 10. :)

Gorgeous, crisp macro.

The tonal quality of the background blur is very complimentary to the subject. I would love to see the sun (? -orange glow in lower third) a little less obscured to add another unobtrusive anchor to suggest depth beyond the foreground and to jazz the composition a bit.

Adding the word "Study" to something really doesn't make it science. Shame, as otherwise this was a decent shot.

Excellent shot.

I really like the capture here of the dew, but it seems more of a 'flower' shot than a science shot.

this is a great macro shot - excellent! 9

Good use of DOF. Well composed and tecnically a very good image. With digital cameras it is generally difficult to capture something with so many linear segments without pixelation. You did a terrific job with this shot.

Perfect, don't change a thing!

Nice macro shot. The water beeds add so much to the subject. I personally would have liked to have seen a little more of the right side cropped out. But that is just my feelings.

I love the way you captured the droplets...very intricate detail, nicely done.

Lovely colors, nice composition and I really like the moisture beads. Very nice.

My only 10 vote in this challenge, I think this is simply beautiful.
The background is dark enough to be a perfect backdrop and yet retains a richness of it's own with great colour and a wonderful dappled pattern.
The colour and light within the main object are also just right - it's quite magical.
Hope you're looking at a ribbon for this one, but even if you aren't - you should know that it's really a rather stunning picture regardless.
