Nice use of black & white. The contrasts are good, I also like that it is pretty sharp. Good use of natural light and the scene as the background is lovely. Very well done composition. 7

Love that lens. Would like the photo a little lighter. Love the clouds and waves. Think it would have been better in color. That would show the rolling clouds. But nice shot anyway.

A good image, it is a pity it's so small
Maybe you should try another one in the same place but from a different angle, with the cammera in a lower lever to change the perspective, good luck

the camera takes away from the alone feeling

Very nice. B&W really adds something... an elegant quality I think. Fits the challenge and looks great.

I don't like the centered horizon line but other than that I really like this image. All photographers should like the subject material.

I like this a lot, but I'll offer a couple of thoughts on the composition. The dark cloudy sky is great, but the hot spot at the top of the frame, sun behind clouds maybe, is a little distracting. A little less sky might have helped. The photographers head is 'split' by the horizon and camera lens is almost on the line formed by the dry shore meeting the wet shore. The MAY have been more dramatic with a lower perspective so the photographers head and camera rose above the horizon. I wasn't there, so none of this may have been possible
