 Another shot of the Wellsville mountains! Thanks Steve for going on a photo trek with me!

PP: Put sky and ground each on its own layer and worked them individually. Lots of noise in this one, so I used NeatImage and gaussian blur. (I still can't figure out how to get sharp clouds in low light with so much noise--hey I know, I'll buy new camera! The Canon 30D looks pretty tasty...)

I dodged the highlights on the mountains and burned some of the clouds' shadows, then resized, sharpened, and added text.

Wow, wow, wow! That light is awesome and so is your photograph. Beautifully composed. This is a great postcard, but this reminds much more of the prints/posters that they sell next to the postcards in the tourist traps. Well done, 9!

Like the landscape, time of day taken and the flat water. Though this does not work well for postcards, this image might be better as a B&W. It looks a little dark so I'd recomment some dodging to bring out more of that great detail in the reflections in the water. Very nice otherwise.

VERY nice, and VERY nicely not overdone! The detail is really nice in the sky without being over the top. And I really like that it isn't over saturated. The one thing I might fix is moving the text over to the left to balance it out, although I'm not judging on that. 10 for a great photo, and a refreshingly not overdone photo!

Great picture!!! I am not sure it makes a great postcard though, it is a bit scary and may actually disuade people from visiting the place.
