I'd love to see this with a lower depth of field.

Good use of the lighting, focus is good overall. I like the concept, fits the challenge, but compositionally I think I would've preferred to see the dog further along the road. Taken so close, the feeling of being lost is reduced for me. I really like the distance shown. Very nice. 7

this has a very good "alone" feel, the dog looks a bit lost and the road is niuce.

Very nice idea, but the road getting light in the backgrond leads my eyes away from the dog.

looks like a random photo, if the dog was looking up and not moving i think it would work better

For some reason I think it would have been more effective to have the dog futher down the road but then you'd just have to chase him/her.

Good idea and composition, but the lighting is too dull

Very clever. Works well. The dog on the side of the road, walking, walking, walking. I know he is lost. Great scale. I think if the dog was not placed exactly where youu placed him he would have looked like he knew where he was going. Good Job\

A nice expression of solitude. The only downsides is that more space is needed between the dog and the bottom of the photo and the back view of the dog isn't the most appealing. Barring that, it's a nice shot.
