I wonder why you didn't think this would do well. It's beautiful! Isn't it awesome tho to be surprised in this direction? Usually it seems we are more often surprised that a photo we love tanks :)

This is beautiful, a bit tightly cropped though, would like to see a bit more space around the starfish.

What a nice photo - suits the challenge perfectly. It is so appealing. I love how you can see the grains in the sand and details the star fish. So many of the photos in this challenge are so white that you can't see any detail at all. Your picture is beautiful.
