My goal is to enter a shot which I like, feel that it fits the challenge, and get a sub-five score. I am pretty sure I will succeed here...

i'm completely drawn into this image...standing in the sun trying to keep warm...balloons and candy...hearing the drum cadence, faintly at first then getting louder and louder as the parade finally makes it's way to where you're standing. i'm a child again at a parade.

The diagonal and shapes of light, shadow and children make for a very dynamic composition.

I love this idea of a partial subject (or two) mysteriously creating a story through the lack of obvious detail... In this one though I wish that the characters were a little less blacked out.8

I'm not too sure what's going on here. I like the diagonal effect, but it feels too much like an adidas add.

I'm glad your title was "Parade"; otherwise, I wouldn't have a clue what I was looking at, I'm afraid. Sometimes less is better when it comes to Photoshop.
