My son's hamster named Babaji. He named the hamster, but I think he got the name from the movie Bend it Like Beckham. I hope it doesn't offend any religious Hindus.

Technical~ Nikon D200 with 105mm f2.5 AIS @ f5.6 - lighting two SB_600s in photoflex litedome softboxes aimed a 45 degree angle to subject.

Really cute pose, and I know how hard it is to catch a hamster holding still!

Oh how absolutely adorable!!! You captured so well how the front paws are so mobile compared to mice or guinea pigs... that is my favorite part of these cute little creatures. Great photo technically and cute-ly. :-)

"Oh! Please Mr. Tiger, don't eat me up, and I'll give you my beautiful little Red (er brown & white) Coat," said Little Babaji.

This Little Babaji seems to be holding his hands together pleading with the tiger like that of Babaji in the story. This is a wonderful close-up of this hamster. We get to see all the great details from the whiskers to the little fingers to the texture of his fur.

7 - Ha.. that's good. Nice color capture.. and control. Just the frame. Background also has a yellow/green tinge to it, which the frame enhances. A little more room above Babaji in the frame may have also given this a little more of an edge.
