Top 5! Crazy...

Sweet! Top 10. Thanks to all who voted on this challenge, and to the more than 25 that gave me comments. I see that some people could not tell it was gas can I was carrying - "what is with the red bag". I'll take that information and move on. Congrats to the top 5 finishers - very great stuff!

1. Image taken in Raw and converted to JPEG using CS2
2. Adjusted levels, Hue/ Saturation and Brightness Contrast of background layer - desaturating all but red channel
3. Added layer to include sky and myself with gas can. Adjusted blue and red channels to increase contrast in sky and on can.
4. Flattened image
5. Resize for web
6. USM 85%, 0.5, 0 2x
7. Reduce noise
8. Dodge/Burn on sign and on wheel

Very nicely presented. Quite effective. I do see however, the opposite of procrastination: he is doing it right then and there.

GOOD ONE> Perfect use of the single saturation. I like it alot. GOod perspective and line. One of the best of the challenge.

Selective "saturation" detracts from this excellent composure.
