Stood around in the pedestrian district in Wiesbaden looking for neat lights/colors. This is in front of a bakery. Had a blast shooting shots like this. I do realize that most will be looking for nice, clean, sharp "subjects", but I really quite like this just the way it is.

Rotated a bit and cropped; brightness/contrast, saturation, touch of curves, resize and add border.

This is good, even though nothing is in focus. The background really makes this shot. The streaks of colors/lights convey a sense of motion, hustle/bustle and life (and are just plain nice to look at!) I also enjoy taking photos like this. It's fun.

I love the irony between the mood of the picture and where it's actually set/title.. The abstracty feeling is amazing.. very underrated...

I really like this. You did a fantastic job with this. It's almost unreal in the sense that the main subject is a person that doesn't appear to be traveling as fast as the image lets you believe. I don't know how you did it but great job.

I love the sihouettes on the background, and the blurred man, and the orange part of the border AND the title is excellent!!! fantastic title, I wish I could come up with something like that, too

Ohh this was one of the verry good of the motion panning
gave it a 8 durring the vote
I like so much the ambiance and the colours

I think the picture wouldn't be so nice if the person was sharp

The only thing I doesn't liek varry much is the orange part of the border

I like this one very much and I agree that it's just right the way it is. The slight blur of the silhouetted subject adds to the image IMO. I must say though that I was so enjoying the mysterious mood that you conjured up which allowed for a lot of different stories to bounce around in my head, but then I read the title which spelled out for me what had been an intriguing unknown. I think that such a deliciously moody image deserves more than one story. Really do like it though. :)

I like it too -- just like this. The way he's looking away so intently draws you in to whatever must be whisking by him with all those lively pretty colors.

Very nice.

Hmmm. I gave this a 7 in voting as I didn't have a chance to come back and bump any images. I found this intriguing to say the least. The oddness of the title combined with the shadows started telling me a story. The story got a weird about 1/2 way through and never really got finished. I look forward to the next installment...

IMHO, this is a good shot for motion panning, my only thought had the subject been sharper,a definate 7. Just noticed the shutter speed, 0.5 is tough to make sharp.

I looked at this shot the longest I think, I was intrigued by it - wanting to know what you meant by the title and who this man was. Interesting and thought-provoking :)

A dark and forboding character. Great streaks and the color tones offer a mysterious kind of feel. Not quite sure about the title. I realize he is probably looking at a bakery but the mood seems set for something deeper or darker. Though a bakery sounds good right now. Hmmm - I wonder how fast I can get to one. I could go for a cinnamon roll. Bumping up.

I love the abstract quality of this - the colour palette is very pleasing, and I like the way the man is looking away from the camera, presumably at the bakery shop window.

Nice effort, kinda surrealy/filmy darkness to it. 6
