This is an awesome photo! But please don't keep these ideas to yourself! Share share share! How do you accomplish this? It is definitely worth a description, and perhaps even a tutorial.

The vintage look of an old photo reclaimed from the cellar or attic, water stained and neglected is there - albeit a faux reproduction of that look. I like it, personally. Perhaps overlaying the texture of old paper, slightly cracked and flaking at the edges would be compatible. The model and your original photograph look very good indeed, underneath that layer of processing. Perhaps a simple silvertone-like rendition or quadtone would be equally lovely.
